School Flow ("School Flow", "we", "our", or "us") is a staff-only school management and operations application designed for school administrators, teachers, and staff.

• Staff and teacher attendance records
• GPS location data when location-based attendance is enabled (used only to verify school premises presence)

• Subscription plan details
• Payment status and transaction references

All data is stored securely using Firebase Cloud Services. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

• With payment service providers for subscription processing

For users outside Pakistan, we process data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR. Users have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of their data.
