By accessing or using School Flow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our application or services.

School Flow is an internal school operations ERP designed exclusively for administrators, teachers, and staff. It provides tools for attendance management, academic records, timetables, fee tracking, and operational workflows.

Each user is assigned a role that determines their level of access and responsibilities within the system:

• Some features require an active paid subscription
• Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date
• Pricing may vary by region

• Location-based attendance requires GPS permission to be granted
• GPS data is used solely to verify presence on school premises

All data entered into School Flow belongs to the respective school. School Flow does not claim ownership of any school data, student records, or operational information entered by users.

Users are strictly prohibited from the following:

• Misusing or abusing the system or its features
• Attempting unauthorized access to any part of the application
• Using the app for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Sharing login credentials with unauthorized individuals

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms or misuse of services. School Flow reserves the right to take action without prior notice in cases of serious violations.

School Flow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for operational decisions or losses incurred by schools as a result of using this application.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of School Flow after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
